At Obsidian Wellness Collective, your safety is important to us. For that reason, we are taking the necessary precautions to give you a safe yet relaxing environment.

 

As a safety measure, we confirm with both our clients and practitioners that they do not display any symptoms of COVID-19 or other infectious illnesses. They are also encouraged to do daily temperature checks.

We ask that clients refrain from booking an in-home treatment if they or a household member are under an isolation or quarantine directive, or if they have a fever, COVID-19 symptoms, or a communicable illness.

 

We have our practitioners follow CDC guidelines on handwashing or using hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content. Practitioners are asked to remove shoes upon entering homes, workplaces, or spas and wash hands and forearms thoroughly prior to beginning each treatment. Our Practitioners disinfect equipment used between customers.

 

Clients are encouraged to use their own personal sheets for additional safety and to meet the daily demands (there may be more of you than us).

Clients are encouraged to shower or freshen up prior to and/or after a treatment as well.
